Our Himmels-Schlösschen is a completely furnished and comfortably equipped holiday flat.
It has a living area of 57 m2, containing a hall, a living room with kitchen unit, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat is located on the second floor of our three-family house.
In the hall you will find
the wardrobe hook bar, a bench with shoe rack and shoehorn, a built-in cupboard with hoover, ironing board and iron, some cleaning suppplies as well as space for your suitcases and bags.
The living room with kitchen unit offers you
a sitting area with a two-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a table, a site table with radio and CD player with CDs, a sideboard on wich the flat-screen TV with satellite connection is placed, the antique living cupboard, a dining table with 4 upholstered chairs, as well as the 5.1 m long kitchen unit which contains a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a built-in baking oven with microwave, a dishwasher, a sink and a ceramic hob with extractor fan. There is also a separate microwave oven. The room is air-conditioned.
The flat has 2 bedrooms. The double bedroom is endured with
a box-spring double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe and a mirrored chest of drawers. The room is also air-conditioned.
The twin room contains
two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, a bedside table, a shelf and a wardrobe. Here, cooling is provided by a stand fan.
The bathroom is equipped with
a washbasin with sink cabinet, a toilet, a washer-dryer, a stool, a shelf and a shower measuring 90 x 90 cm. A hairdryer is available.
General
All windows, including the skylight windows, are equipped with electric shutters, the vertical shutters also with sun sensors. The building has central heating and a water softening system. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat, smoking is not permitted in the flat or in the staircase, also out of consideration for the other people living in the house. Pets are not allowed.
